Being Mortal
Please grab (1) something chewy, (2) a piece of chocolate and (3) a warm drink.
Put on your headphones:
Grab a chewy food item.
Play sound. Close your eyes. chew in slow motion. How slow can you go?.
Grab a piece of chocolate.
Play sound. Close your eyes. How long can you hold it in your mouth without swallowing it?
Do not eat it, but keep it in your mouth.
Grab a warm drink.
Play sound. Close your eyes. Take a sip and feel the warm liquid traveling down your body.
How far down can you feel it?

STEP OUTSIDE
dance while waiting for the traffic light to turn green
Stand on the spot while people are crossing the road at a busy traffic junction
walk in slow motion on a busy street
lie on the floor in a public space
slow dance in an elevator
Take a walk around your neighborhood - don't stop till you 'see something you have never noticed before
Plan to walk together (at the same time) with friends from different countries - livestream it!
DREAMS
When was the last time you dreamt?
Have you remembered any dreams that you had recently?
Have you lost your sense of dreaming during your night sleep so far?
Have you had any dreams, in which you believed it was ‘reality’?
Have you been trying to be conscious during waking reality? So, Why not be conscious during the sleeping state?
How about sharing a dream together?

Please prepare:
Just before you sleep

Fix your gaze on a colour of choice for 24 mins

Jump on the spot for 5 mins

Smell a slice of lemon for 2 mins

Taste the lemon by holding it in your mouth but do not eat it for 2 mins

Place the slice of lemon that you have just smelled and tasted next to your bed

Prepare the recording tools next to your bed for any dream recall - gently remind yourself that you will have dreams tonight and simply letting the mind leads you to sleep - SLEEP TIGHT
When you wake

Record them down immediately - you may write in words and/or make a doodle while recollecting your dreams
